2 1/2 lbs. Angus ground chuck,sirloin OR ground turkey
1 egg
about 1/3 can evaporated milk
about 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 envelope Lipton's beefy onion soup mix
ketchup
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into meatloaf and insert in baking dish leaving atleast 1/2 inch space at dish edges. Bake in 350F preheated oven for 1 hr. Bake longer if necessary, until juices no longer pinkish.
Cut slices halfway through meatloaf. Top with ketchup and bake about 5 minutes or so longer.
